ACH/Wire Terms & Conditions
Invoices. You agree to review each invoice upon receipt. Amounts due may include consultations, memberships, products, shipping, and other items expressly stated on your invoice. Payment for product orders is generally processed as orders are prepared for shipment; promotional orders are processed at the time of purchase.
II. Bank Transfer (ACH/Wire)
Consent. You authorize Meridian Biologics and its payment processors to debit the designated bank account by ACH for all amounts due under each invoice. This Agreement serves as your standing ACH authorization; each order or engagement is documented by a detailed invoice and debited under it, with no additional authorization required per transaction. This authorization remains in effect until revoked in writing to info@meridianbiologics.com; revocation does not affect amounts owed.
Returned payments. We may retry failed payments or request another method; we are not liable for resulting delays.
III. Refunds & Cancellations
Products. You may cancel an order within seven (7) days of placement, provided it has not yet shipped. If you were already charged, you’ll receive a full refund or account credit, at your choice. Once an order ships, products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged; temperature-sensitive material cannot re-enter inventory once it leaves our custody. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled under the Damage terms above.
Services. Services are refundable before work begins; once begun, fees are non-refundable. Consultations rescheduled or canceled with 24 hours’ notice are complimentary; otherwise billed in full.
Promotional bundles & stored product. Payment for promotional orders is processed at order placement, securing discounted pricing. Bundles (“buy X, get Y” and similar) are a single package with no per-item refund value. A bundle may be canceled within the seven (7)-day window above, provided no unit has shipped, been used, or released from storage; partial cancellation is not accepted. At your request, we may store your order in cryogenic storage until you provide shipment instructions. Stored units remain your property.
Damage. Temperature-sensitive products must go into storage immediately on arrival; schedule delivery accordingly. Inspect every order. Report damage, temperature excursion, or incorrect items to info@meridianbiologics.com within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery, or the next business day if delivered after hours. Refuse visibly damaged shipments and notify us same day. Verified claims receive replacement, credit, or refund; claims exclude product compromised by delayed retrieval or improper storage.
Billing errors. Report incorrect or duplicate charges to info@meridianbiologics.com; confirmed errors are corrected whenever identified with a full refund, replacement, or account credit. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Change of mind. Refunds are not provided for change of mind or unmet expectations. If you are dissatisfied, contact us before initiating a payment dispute; we review concerns case by case. Except where a longer period or broader right is required by applicable law, all other sales are final, and exceptions are at our discretion.
IV. Billing Questions & Disputes
Contact us first. You agree to contact Meridian Biologics at info@meridianbiologics.com with any billing concern before initiating a dispute or ACH return with your bank. Debits appear on your bank statement as “Meridian Biologics.”
Authorization & Signature
Account holder certification. I certify that I am an authorized representative of the Company named above, with authority to execute this Agreement, and that the account information provided is accurate. I have read and agree to the Billing, Payment Authorization, and Refund Policy above.
Accepted by Meridian Biologics
This Agreement is further deemed
accepted upon commencement
of service or sales transaction.
